1. About Pride's Picks

Pride's Picks publishes horse racing handicapping picks and analysis by email and PDF. Our picks are opinions provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. No outcome is guaranteed, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

2. We are not a sportsbook

Pride's Picks is not a sportsbook, advance-deposit wagering operator or gaming operator. We never accept wagers, hold customer funds or place bets on your behalf. Any wager you make is solely between you and the licensed operator you choose.

3. Eligibility and your responsibility

You must be 21 or older to use this site and our picks. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws of your state or jurisdiction; wagering is legal only in certain places. Bet only what you can afford to lose. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.

4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Day Pass, $10: a one-time purchase covering picks for up to 3 venues on the race day you choose.
Monthly, $19.99/month and Annual, $99.99/year: picks for all covered tracks. These renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the paid period.
Because picks are digital content delivered before races run, there are no refunds on picks that have already been delivered. If we fail to deliver a paid issue, contact us and we will make it right.
We may change prices with notice; changes apply at your next renewal. Referral credits are governed by the referral program terms.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site go to third-party wagering and prediction-market operators, including TwinSpires, AmWager and Polymarket. We may earn referral fees when you open an account through those links, at no extra cost to you. We link only to licensed operators, and availability depends on your state. These operators are independent of us, and their own terms apply.

6. Content use

Picks, PDFs and site content are for your personal use. Please don't resell, republish or share paid issues without our permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and picks are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pride's Picks is not liable for any wagering losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or picks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
