Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment data it processes.
We use a third-party email newsletter service to store subscriber emails and deliver issues. It may record whether emails are opened or links clicked. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We use small cookies or local storage to remember things like referral links (for 30 days) and site preferences, and we may use basic analytics to understand site traffic. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click a betting link, so they can credit the referral. You can clear or block cookies in your browser.
To deliver picks, manage subscriptions and referral credits, answer questions, and improve the service. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We keep your data while you're a subscriber and as needed for billing records. To access, correct or delete your data, email win@pridespicks.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We don't sell personal data. To use any of these rights, email us; we won't discriminate against you for doing so.
